Coaching designed to elevate your performance.
I know what it feels like to stand on the start line.
Cycling is not only about numbers, watts, and training zones. It is also about discipline, patience, confidence, and understanding how your body responds to training.
I’m Dimitris Kourbetis, a cycling coach, and I created Queenstage Coaching to offer cyclists more than just a training plan.
Today, after more than ten years of coaching athletes and teams, my background in Sport Science helps me combine real-world racing experience with structured, evidence-based training.
My own journey in cycling — from everyday training to becoming a Greek National Champion and achieving other significant racing results — shaped the way I understand performance and coaching today.
It also taught me to understand the work that comes before every race, every training block, and every personal goal. Progress requires clear direction, consistency, sound decisions, and the ability to adapt when circumstances change.
My goal is to help cyclists become stronger, more self-aware, and more confident in their training and performance.
Better coaching starts with understanding the rider.
Every cyclist has different goals, stress, recovery, strengths and life demands outside training.
A strong plan is not the one that looks perfect on paper. It is the one the athlete can follow, understand and progress through consistently.
Power, heart rate and metrics are important, but they only become useful when combined with communication, fatigue, confidence and the athlete's real experience.
More training is not always better. The right structure, the right timing and the right recovery often make the biggest difference.
