PACKAGES
What is the main difference between Essential, Advanced, and Premium?
- Essential is built around a stable weekly structure — personalised planning, regular coach feedback, and consistent communication. It’s ideal for athletes who want structure and progression without the need for daily contact.
- Advanced adds daily support, ongoing plan adjustments, unlimited calls, TrainingPeaks Premium, and video performance feedback — designed for athletes who want a more responsive, hands-on coaching relationship.
- Premium includes everything in Advanced plus full training–nutrition integration with a certified nutritionist partner. It is the most complete package for athletes who want every part of performance working together.
Is nutrition included in all packages?
- Premium includes full nutrition guidance and training–nutrition integration with a certified nutritionist partner — built around your physiology, training load, and race calendar.
- In Essential & Advanced, practical fuelling suggestions may be shared where relevant (e.g. before or during key sessions), but structured nutrition planning is not part of these packages.
How long is the commitment? Can I cancel anytime?
- Coaching is billed monthly or as a 3-month package. You can cancel at the end of any completed billing period — no long-term lock-in.
- That said, for meaningful physiological adaptation and the best results — especially when preparing for key events — a commitment of 3–6 months is strongly recommended. Athletes who choose a 3-month plan also benefit from an 8% discount, making it a smarter investment in both consistency and performance.
Do I need to be an advanced or elite cyclist to join?
- Not at all. Athletes of all levels are welcome — from committed enthusiasts to high-level competitors. The coaching is available across road, gravel, track, and MTB disciplines.
- The right package depends less on your current level and more on how much support you want, how competitive your goals are, and how much daily interaction you want with your coach.
COMMUNICATION
How does communication work in each package?
- Essential includes weekly communication to review completed sessions, answer questions, and plan the next training block. Communication takes place via TrainingPeaks, text, or email, with a scheduled 30-minute call every 2 months during ongoing coaching.
- Advanced & Premium include daily communication access via TrainingPeaks, text, or email. Coaching is more responsive and hands-on, with ongoing monitoring, faster adjustments when needed, and unlimited calls or video calls arranged at mutually convenient times.
How often do I receive feedback on my training?
- Essential includes weekly feedback and review of completed sessions, plus a 30-minute performance call every 2 months during ongoing coaching.
- Advanced & Premium include ongoing guidance and regular feedback throughout the week, with daily communication access and unlimited calls or video calls. Premium also includes coordination around fuelling and recovery through the nutrition side of the service.
What time zones do you support?
- Athletes from different countries and time zones are welcome. Communication is primarily handled asynchronously through TrainingPeaks, messages, and email, allowing support to work effectively across locations.
- For athletes on the Advanced and Premium plans, communication is prioritised, with replies typically provided within a few hours. Calls are arranged at mutually convenient times.
TRAINING & ADJUSTMENTS
Will you change my sessions during the week if something comes up?
- Advanced & Premium Yes — sessions can be adapted or rescheduled during the week as needed. Travel, fatigue, unexpected life events — your coach responds quickly and adjusts while keeping your overall plan intact.
- Essential – The weekly structure is designed to stay consistent within each week to allow proper physiological adaptation. Mid-week changes are not part of this package, but if something comes up, the next weekly review is used to adapt and plan ahead — keeping your training structured and stress-free rather than reactive.
What if I get sick, injured, or life gets in the way?
- First and most importantly — let me know as soon as possible. Your health and wellbeing always come first, and the plan will be adapted accordingly regardless of your package.
- Advanced & Premium Your coach can respond immediately — adjusting or removing sessions within the week to match your energy, health, or availability. Nothing is rigid when your body needs rest.
- Essential – If you’re unwell or dealing with something unexpected, training is adapted conservatively until you are ready to resume properly. From there, the structure is adjusted based on the time away, your condition, and the most appropriate progression back into training. The priority is always your health first — not forcing the original plan when a reset is needed.
Is strength training mandatory?
- No. Strength and cross-training are recommended when they genuinely benefit your performance — not imposed as a fixed part of every programme. We decide together what fits your body, experience, available time, and goals.
- For some athletes it becomes a key pillar of their development. For others, we keep it minimal and targeted. The approach is always individual.
How does the weekly structure work in Essential?
- In Essential, your training week is designed to be stable and consistent — this is intentional. A predictable structure allows your body to adapt properly and builds the habit of training progressively over time.
- Each week your coach reviews your completed sessions, answers your questions, and plans the adjustments for the next block. This rhythm keeps your training moving forward without unnecessary complexity.
PRACTICAL
Do I need TrainingPeaks to work with you?
- Training plans and performance analysis are managed through TrainingPeaks. If you don’t have an account yet, full step-by-step setup guidance is provided — including device syncing and profile configuration. No technical experience is needed, and the setup can be done together in real time if needed.
- Advanced & Premium A TrainingPeaks Premium athlete account is included.
- Essential A free TrainingPeaks athlete account works well, combined with communication via text or email.
GETTING STARTED
How does the onboarding process work?
- After completing your purchase, a short questionnaire arrives by email — quick and straightforward to fill in. An initial consultation call is also scheduled at this stage to discuss your goals, strengths, areas for improvement, and expectations.
- This first conversation shapes your opening training block and finalises your TrainingPeaks setup, including device synchronisation. From there, we follow the communication rhythm of your package and adjust over time as you progress.
